Protect electronic and electrical devices from damaging environment such as moisture, water, dust and other chemicals which may adversely affect device operations. Potted device can now also be used in the environment that previously was not possible.

Provide mechanical protection - it adds structural integrity to the device and in many cases eliminate the need for expensive housing. It also protects the device from mechanical vibration and shock or accidental impact.


Picture4Insulating properties of potting compound allow for operating voltages that are much higher than if operated in air in the same volume. This allows the final product to have smaller dimensions. Potting compound must be void free to achieve best performance and safety.

Provide circuit security and copy protection from competition. Once device is potted it is virtually impossible to tamper with or access device components and circuits.
